for Personal Use Commissions

GENERAL TERMS

Prices listed are starting prices only. Prices are subject to change based on the complexity of the commission request or tight deadlines.
I have the right to decline or cancel and refund an order at any time for any reason.
The Buyer will be asked to sign an agreement detailing the specific commission details and confirm that they have read and agree to these terms before work can start on the commission.

Payment is due in full before work can start on the commission.
Payment will be processed via a PayPal invoice sent after signing the agreement.

Clear, quality reference image(s) should be provided by the Buyer.
The time it takes to complete your commission will vary from 1 week - 1 month, depending on factors such as the complexity of the piece and my current workload. Please note any strict deadlines in your commission request.
A preliminary sketch will be created and emailed to the Buyer for approval. Progress on the commission will be on hold until the Buyer approves the sketch.

Two rounds of revisions are included and can be made during the sketch phase. Any further revisions will incur an additional fee.
If the Artist does not hear from the Buyer within 7 days of delivery of the preliminary sketch, the artwork shall be considered accepted with no further changes permitted.
All sketches are the property of the Artist.
Minor revisions may be made after the completion of the artwork, to be discussed with the artist at the time of completion.

Once the piece is completed, the Buyer will be emailed an image of the completed piece for final approval.
The Buyer may request art prints of the work to be made for an additional cost.
The final physical artwork and any additional requested prints will be shipped to the Buyer unless other plans are made, such as physical convention pick-up.

I, ANR Illustrations (The Artist):

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork and any preliminary sketches.
I will NOT claim copyrights over any characters depicted.
I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless agreed upon with the Buyer beforehand.
I reserve the right to post the artwork online in my portfolio or share on social media unless the Buyer requests otherwise.

You (The Buyer):

You may share the final commissioned artwork online/on social media.
You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD services, make prints or any other merchandise, etc.)
You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes of any kind.
You may NOT claim the artwork as your own creation.

Payment is non-refundable after approval of the preliminary sketch.
If, for any reason, I am not able to start or complete your commission, you will receive a full refund.
